More about the Building Operations Department Property Operations is responsible for the operation, maintenance, supervision and energy measures in the municipality's properties and is divided into different management areas. Each area has an operations area manager, operations coordinator, operations technician, caretaker, lock technician and electrician. Property Operations also has employees who work with ground and green space maintenance, energy, ventilation, electricity and electrical safety, locks and alarms and technical administration. In total, Property Operations consists of around 75 employees. In the role of Technical Operations Engineer with us, you will be responsible for entering and updating technical installations such as substations, control systems, ventilation systems, etc. in our business systems. In the work, you go out to our properties and inventory equipment, assess condition type size and service life. Check against documentation to then enter into maintenance programs and business systems. At present, the main system is INCIT that you will work with. In addition, you will, among other things: Collaborate and interact with other businesses, staff and external parties to ensure smooth, efficient and economical operations. About you We are looking for you who have: Relevant technical training in HVAC, energy, building management or equivalent knowledge. Experience of practical work in the real estate field with operational issues and existing installations. Experience of working with technical installations, understanding how systems communicate and functions in systems, operating cards and drawings. Structured way of working and used to carrying out and documenting own work. Interest and ability to identify both new technologies and older installations Experience of working in business systems and project monitoring systems. The position requires a B driving license.
