We are now looking for a neighborhood host who will be responsible for service to customers in our residential areas.

Job description:

Our neighborhood hosts have many contacts with customers on a daily basis for error reports, questions and when moving in and out. The neighborhood host's tasks also consist of inspections, repairs, sanding, snow shoveling, disturbance cases and supervision of garbage rooms, laundry rooms, attic storage, basements and outdoor environment. There is also some administration in the form of posting invoices, orders and forecasting work. The work is largely autonomous.

Skills profile:

You should have a high school diploma and be able to express yourself well in Swedish and English, additional language skills are a merit. B-driving license is a requirement. We would like to see that you have experience of service-oriented work and property maintenance or repairs.

Personal qualities:

Your personality is important for the position of neighborhood caretaker. You should enjoy meeting people, like problem solving and be able to handle stress. As a person, you should be handy, structured, committed and have good teamwork skills. You should exude confidence and be able to provide good service, not least because sometimes the neighborhood host has to make uncomfortable decisions.
