Now we are looking for four substitute neighborhood hosts who will be responsible for service to customers in our residential areas.
Job description:
Our neighborhood hosts have daily many contacts with customers in case of error reports, questions and when moving in and out. The neighborhood host's tasks also consist of inspections, repairs, sanding, snow shoveling, disturbance cases and supervision of garbage rooms, laundry rooms, attic storage, basements and outdoor environment. There is also some administration in the form of posting invoices, orders and forecasting work. The work is largely independent.
Competence profile:
You should have a high school diploma and you should be able to express yourself well in Swedish and English, additional language skills are a merit. Good computer skills and a B driving license are required. We would like to see that you have experience of service-oriented work and property maintenance or repairs.
Personal qualities:
Your personality is important for the position as a neighborhood host. You should enjoy meeting people, like problem solving and be able to handle stress. As a person, you are handy, structured, committed and have good teamwork skills. You should exude confidence and be able to provide good service, not least because the neighborhood host sometimes has to make uncomfortable decisions.

The positions are temporary positions of varying length, 6 - 9 months. One temporary position with start as soon as possible and the other three with start May/June.
