Therefore, we are looking for you to take on a brand new, exciting role with responsibility for coordinating and coordinating reuse. We are looking for a sharp coordinator for our operations! Your tasks As a Recycling Coordinator within the Technical and Property Administration, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring that recycling is streamlined within the administration. You will do this by, among other things: Managing and administering materials and goods that can be reused. Driving the important improvement and development work in the area, as well as being a support in matters relating to reuse for the administration. Responsible for the flow of products to and from the administration's larger storage facilities. Collaborate with construction project managers in new construction, demolition, renovation and extension to streamline and utilize reuse. Communicate reuse work within the administration. Be the system administrator for the digital tool for reuse. Our unit brings together a variety of construction skills, including carpenters, painters, masons, and labor and construction managers. We work both in teams and independently, based in the Gimonäs industrial area. Before all the processes for this role are fully established, you will have the opportunity to support and collaborate with your closest colleagues in the unit's various exciting projects. About you: To be effective in this job, we look for you to: Have completed secondary education and also acquired knowledge of building and installation components through work experience or training. Experience in administrative work. A B license to be able to travel efficiently between properties and partners. Be able to communicate orally and in writing in fluent Swedish.
