Obbola school is a F-9 school with approximately 370 pupils. The school is located in a scenic area close to forest and sea. The school has shown particularly good results over a number of years and is characterized by security and well-being. Your tasks In this role, you will work at a recreation center for students in preschool class. You are part of a team with two other educators and together you drive and develop the educational work with the curriculum and municipal goals as a benchmark. The role of resource teacher requires great flexibility and an ability to recognize situations where students have individual needs and conditions. We focus on the pupils' needs, development and learning. Contact and cooperation with parents is an important part of the work About you We are looking for you who are a trained childcare worker. You have knowledge of autism, NPF and low-effective treatment and you have previous experience of working with children and young people. To succeed in the role, it is important that you are confident, calm, stable and can cope well with change. You are a relationship builder and have good collaboration skills. In order for you to be able to develop the children's language skills and be able to communicate with children, guardians and colleagues, document and take part in the preschool's governing documents, you need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. As a result of the law on suitability control, an extract from the police's criminal record must be presented upon employment.
