Ersängs skola is located in Östra Ersboda and is a multicultural F-9 school that is divided into several smaller schools. In total, there are about 360 students at the school. Your main tasks will be Contribute to safety and study peace, mainly for students aged 10-12 years. Work on social and relational tasks together with school staff. Create a safe environment during breaks, after-school and free-time situations and, if necessary, in the classroom, which may involve conflict management. Support students' learning and school development. Support individual pupils, classes and guardians. Building relationships and collaborating with parents and other partners Enable learning development where necessary. Where necessary, meet or collect pupils from their homes to support positive school attendance. Who are you?
