About you We are looking for you who have a license to teach Spanish in high school. We would like to see that you have previous experience of teaching Spanish at upper secondary level and thus have good knowledge of subject plans, grades and assessment. To succeed in the assignment, you are well acquainted with the school's governing documents and have the ability to individualize and vary the teaching based on the needs of the students. You are a clear leader in the classroom with the ability to create structure, context and good relationships with students and colleagues. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
