Work tasks As a social educator, you work with social and relational tasks in school. In close collaboration with teachers and other staff at the school, you will contribute to a good learning environment for the students. You will support and motivate pupils, both at group and individual level, and contribute to pupils' learning and development at school. You will be available during breaks and in the public areas of the school. The work includes providing structural support and adaptations for pupils in teaching situations. You will also relieve teachers with conversations and contacts with students, guardians and other collaborative partners where there is a greater need for contacts. About you We are looking for you who have a university degree as a social worker, behavioral scientist, educator or similar. You have experience of working with children of middle school age and an understanding of the school's mission. To succeed in this role, you need to be a flexible and stable person who enjoys working with both adults and young people in a school environment. You will build good relationships with students and have good empathy skills. You will find it easy to cooperate and communicate with colleagues, guardians and other partners.
