Your tasks As a Family Home Secretary within the Family Home Center, you will work with the recruitment, investigation and matching of family homes, day care homes, contact families and support families. The tasks also include training and providing support to family homes. The work includes travel within and outside the county. About you We are looking for you who have a social worker degree and experience of working with children and young people in social services. We would like you to have training in the new Kälvestén interview method. If you have experience of working with placed children and young people in social services, we see it as an advantage. The work places high demands on the ability to cooperate, good initiative and that you can work independently. You also have good communication skills, both verbal and written. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. A B driving license is a requirement for this position. Smoking and furry animals may be present in the homes of the families you visit, so it is good if you are not allergic.
