Ersängsskolan is located in Östra Ersboda and is a multicultural F-9 school that is divided into several smaller schools. In total there are about 400 pupils at the school. There is also a customized primary school focusing on subject areas and resource classes for the entire municipality. This means that you collaborate with the teachers and participate in teaching to challenge and support the student to strengthen the conditions for meeting future challenges and opportunities. About you We are looking for you who have a secondary education, preferably focused on working with children and students. You have at least one year of experience working as a student assistant. It is desirable that you have worked with pupils with high support needs and have experience of low-effective methodology. You have worked with pupils whose mother tongue is not Swedish. You need to be flexible and compliant in your way of working and have patience and tools for a working day that can vary in content. You are a confident adult and a good role model who has an ability to connect with students. You see each individual and create a safe environment in school and work well in collaboration with others.
