In each class, two class teachers and one or two after-school teachers work together to meet the needs of each individual and group. This way of organizing allows for a flexible approach, where pupils are grouped during the school day and after school, according to their needs and activities. The children meet the same adults throughout the day, both in school and after-school, which builds a sense of belonging and security for the pupils. Your work tasks You are an educational resource that clarifies and adapts work tasks for the student and is with both during lessons and breaks as well as leisure time. The work includes physically supporting the student in activities, dressing, eating situations and social interaction. Your work is done in collaboration with other educators. The work also includes supporting other students in the group. After the school day, you work in the after-school program. About you You are a confident adult and a good role model.
