Röbäck school is one of Umeå municipality's oldest schools that is still in use. It was built in 1893 and has gradually been adapted to today's school and leisure activities. The school is located in the old part of Röbäck village, with a rural atmosphere. It is well connected by public transport and it takes about 20 minutes to cycle into the center. Our activities consist of preschool class, school years 1-6 and school childcare (after-school care). Today, about 170 children attend the school. Your tasks You are an educational resource that clarifies and adapts tasks for the student and is present both during lessons and breaks and possibly. leisure time. The work includes physically supporting the student in activities, dressing, eating situations and social interaction. Your work is done in collaboration with other teachers and special educators. The work also includes supporting other students in the group. About you We are looking for someone who is a trained student assistant and has experience of working with children and/or young people. If you have knowledge of NPF diagnoses, it is an advantage. You are a safe adult and a good role model. You also have an ability to connect with students.
