There is also the possibility of temporary/temporary employment during the spring. Disability Care (Support Assistant/Support Staff/Personal Assistant) In our activities, you will work with people with mental, physical and intellectual disabilities. You will meet residents with anxiety, self-harm, psychosis and schizophrenia, and alcohol and/or drug problems. Your mission is to strengthen the individual's ability to live as independent a life as possible, including motivational support and by creating structure in everyday life. At the residence, young people are prepared for independent living and adult life. Together with the social worker, the young person and any guardians, you identify the young person's need for support and plan how the support will be implemented. Treatment assistants for the support homes Bryggan and Hera Bryggan is a support home for men over the age of 20 with alcohol and/or drug problems. You should have a completed or ongoing social worker or psychologist education, or another equivalent education. We would like you to have previous experience of similar work In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, good knowledge of Swedish is required, both spoken and written. It is important that you have a high work ethic, are responsive and respect residents and colleagues. You can work both independently and in groups. B-driving license is a plus. We attach great importance to personal suitability. The working hours vary depending on the activity and can be scheduled during the day, evening, weekend, daytime and waking night. You can work single hours or on a longer temporary basis. We have operations in Umeå, Hörnefors, Sävar, Holmsund/Obbola and Tavelsjö. Summer bonus and special allowance for pensioners in disability care Within disability care, there is the possibility of a summer bonus based on certain criteria. If you are an old-age pensioner, we offer an extra 25% in salary. This applies to both single shifts and employment with a monthly salary during June, July and August.
