About you We are looking for you who have at least 1 year of experience in health and care, preferably in home care. We would like to see that you are a trained assistant nurse or care assistant, but the most important thing is that you are a safe, experienced and independent employee. As a person, you have high integrity, are responsive, empathetic and you enjoy working independently. You need to be flexible and adapt easily to new environments as you will be working in different locations. You show great commitment to both the individual and the organization in all relationships and actions. You are responsible and solution-oriented, you ensure that you have received the information you need to perform your work safely. You also need to have a good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. It is also required that you are able to receive a drug and insulin delegation. The position requires a B driving license. We have the opportunity to provide a car so that you can easily get to the workplace, which is outside the city. If you drive your own car, mileage allowance will be paid. As there may be animals and smoking at the workplace, you should not be allergic.
