Umeå norra korttidscenter is located on Mariehemsvägen. The business opened its doors in the autumn of 2020 and specializes in recovery and everyday rehabilitation. Guests at the short-term center get their interventions designed to strengthen their conditions to be able to live in their own home for as long as possible. The premises house 64 apartments spread over four floors. There is also a gym adapted for rehabilitation and a visiting room with cozy furnishings and access to a patio. Holmsunds Vård och Omsorgsboende is centrally located in Holmsund with direct proximity to a health center, pharmacy and grocery store. With us, there are good opportunities for outdoor living thanks to balconies and patios as well as a common courtyard. The building has three floors and houses 59 apartments. Holmsunds vård- och omsorgsboende consists of six units; three group homes, a short-term unit, a service house department and a group home located in Obbola Väst-Tegs vård- och omsorgsboende is a municipal newly built accommodation located at Väst-Teg. The accommodation opened in the fall of 2024 and consists of 6 floors. In total there are 120 apartments divided into 12 units and each unit consists of 10 apartments. Each unit has its own spacious balcony. On the ground floor there is a café and a glazed patio. Lundagård care home is located at Sofiehem, about 4 km from the center of Umeå, near Norrland University Hospital and Ålidhem Church. The accommodation is newly built and opened in the fall of 2019. Lundagård is a collaborative house, which means that other municipal activities are also located in the house: preschool and kitchen. The approximately 100 children who attend the preschool have their outdoor environment in connection with the housing's outdoor environment, and a large number of food portions are prepared in the kitchen and distributed to homes and preschools around Umeå municipality. Your tasks As a business administrator with us, you will work with administrative tasks linked to the business and in collaboration with the head of unit. It is desirable that you have experience of working in health and social care. We see it as an advantage if you are a trained care administrator. To succeed in the role, we believe that you enjoy a lot of contact with people. You are service-oriented, flexible, responsive and have good interpersonal skills.
