The business opened its doors in the autumn of 2020 and specializes in recovery and everyday rehabilitation. Here you have access to interventions designed to strengthen your ability to live in your own home for as long as possible. The premises house 64 apartments spread over four floors. There is also a gym adapted for rehabilitation and a visiting room with cozy furnishings and access to a patio. Your tasks You will be responsible for coordinating and planning for moving in and out of municipal short-term housing, from hospital and home based on assistance decisions. In the work, you will have daily contact with users, relatives and other actors and perform billing documents. About you We are looking for someone with computer skills and experience of administrative work. We would like to see that you have a university education with a social science focus. We would like you to have experience in health and social care and administration. It is an advantage if you have experience of Excell and the municipality's Treserva system. To thrive in the assignment, you need a good ability to structure and work independently. Through your high social skills, you have a good ability to make contacts and build networks both within and outside the organization.
