You will work in a team with nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists. As a nurse, you are responsible for health care within your area of expertise in the disability care homes where people with LSS decisions live. You are responsible for ensuring that the medical interventions work well for our users, and coordinate contacts with doctors and other professional groups in primary care and the Region. The work involves supervising small and large groups of staff. About you We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You have good initiative and are good at thinking outside the box. Your ability to work independently is good while you actively work for a functioning teamwork with different professional skills where the person himself also has a central role. Of course, you have a good, respectful treatment and are responsive and open in contacts with both users and their relatives. You are good at cooperating and want to contribute to good communication and collaboration with other actors. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. The work requires you to have a B driving license. The workplace may have furry animals and people who smoke, so you should not be allergic.
