We are the unit that handles all care services where our users live in their own homes in Umeå municipality. Most of our staff are assistant nurses who we continuously train. The home care service is also responsible for responding to and handling social alarms that occur at night. The night patrol works throughout Umeå municipality and operates on the basis of geographical divisions to maintain good continuity. The night patrol's customers are of all ages from 18 years and upwards and with different needs for interventions, examples of interventions that the night patrol performs are personal care, supervision and health care interventions. The night patrol's goal is to provide security and care to those who need interventions at night. Everyone who works in the night patrol puts professionalism, flexibility and good treatment as the highest priority. We are now looking for a summer substitute to join our team to take care of our planning! Your work tasks Receive and distribute assignments in Treserva. Plan the interventions in IntraPhone and be responsible for the daily planning. Have daily contact with, among others, administrators, users, relatives, employees, home care and assistance. Manage short-term staffing together with our staffing unit. Other tasks that may occur are, for example, booking training courses, arranging keys, coordinating aids and making certain purchases, etc. You work based on the assignment, where the user's participation is in focus. This ensures that interventions are carried out with good quality according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. You ensure the quality of intervention planning for both users and employees. About you We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education and have experience of administration. It is desirable that you have experience of working in health and care, preferably on night patrol. We see it as an advantage if you are a trained care administrator and/or assistant nurse. You need to have good computer and system skills and it is an advantage if you have experience of working with short-term absences and the Time care pool, Intraphone, Treserva and Procedo business systems. For this position, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required in both speech and writing. To succeed in the role, we believe that you enjoy a lot of contact with people. You are service-oriented, flexible, responsive and have a good attitude. The work can vary in pace and workload, which requires you to be able to prioritize, handle stress and work independently. We attach great importance to personal suitability. A B driving license is required for the position. Working hours are during the day, Monday-Friday 08-17.
