We work with a low-effective approach and the cooperation of the entire work group is important to create security and stability as well as motivate and strengthen the participant's ability towards an independent life.The role of support assistant also includes social documentation such as work with implementation plans, record keeping and more. About you We are looking for you who are an assistant nurse, social worker or have another education that the employer considers equivalent. We want you to have experience of working in the field of disability care and that you have experience of dealing with people with neuropsychiatric and intellectual disabilities through previous work. We would like you to be curious and have a willingness to share our values and to work towards set goals and to work with continuous improvements. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in documentation and obtain medication, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability but it is meritorious if you have: - Experience in low impact interventions - Experience of working with structure, planning, motivation and supervision - Experience with signs as support - Basic computer skills Co-planning may take place between our operations.
