We are now looking for a support assistant for our accommodation, are you the one we are looking for? Your work tasks Your task as a support assistant is to have the user in focus. You guide and support people with physical and intellectual disabilities in their everyday lives. You will work to make the individual participate in a functioning everyday life and have a meaningful leisure and/or employment. You will work with users with different types of functional variations. Your approach is characterized by flexibility, continuity and security. You offer individual, social and practical support to the individual. In this way, you enable and create conditions for the individual to make use of their own abilities and contribute to their independence. You will work on planning, carrying out, documenting, following up and evaluating individual interventions, but also the entire activity, individually and together with others. Working hours are day/evening, day and weekend. About you We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse or who have other education that can be considered equivalent. You should also have experience of working with NPF. It is desirable that you have experience of working with Autism, communication with image support and digital aids As a person, you are calm and confident, committed and have good self-awareness.
