Filgränd 223 is an LSS accommodation for people with psychiatric disabilities. Abuse problems are present in the business. There are 7 places inside the home and an apartment outside in the same courtyard. There are common areas for users to stay in. Activities of various kinds are available both inside and outside the home. We are now looking for a support assistant for our accommodation! Your work tasks As a support assistant, you will help create an everyday life where the user can feel as independent as possible. Your duties will include providing support in activities such as cleaning, cooking and meetings, as well as being available for conversation and support when needed. You will also take part in the resident's activities, both at home and outside the home. The role includes drawing up and following implementation plans (GFP), actively participating in workplace meetings (APT) and other meetings. It is important that you are curious about the needs of the users, cooperate well with colleagues and work to achieve common goals that are meaningful to each user. You are expected to follow agreed procedures and contribute to a uniform working method. Documentation is an important part of the work, and you will document in Treserva and handle delegations and other documentation. The computer is a key tool in your daily work. About you You are empathetic, responsible and solution-oriented. You are also flexible and patient, with the ability to deal with different situations in a calm and respectful manner. To be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, you must have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Requirements Trained assistant nurse or have other training that the employer considers equivalent Experience of mental disabilities and intellectual disabilities Meritorious Training in MI (motivational interviewing), ESL (independent living) and clarifying pedagogy.
