Rullstensgatan is a special housing according to LSS in social psychiatry for people with mental disabilities and dual diagnosis problems. Geografigränd is a service housing according to LSS in social psychiatry for people with mental disabilities. We are now looking for two support assistants for Rullstensgatan and Geografigränd. Co-planning between the activities may be relevant. Your work tasks The work as a support assistant is based on individual planning with the user at the center where we support the individual in their everyday life. The goal is to create good conditions for functional housing, employment, health and leisure. Common tasks include supporting with everyday chores, activities, personal hygiene and medicine. You are also expected to create structure and maintain structure to increase security and thus reduce the risk of extroverted behavior among our residents. The work requires you to be calm, flexible and solution-focused as unexpected situations may arise. About you For the position at Rullstensgatan: We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse or have other education that the employer considers equivalent. We would like you to have experience of working with threats and violence, mental disabilities, addiction problems, personality disorders and dual diagnosis problems. For the position at Geografigränd: We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse or have other equivalent education. You should have experience of working with threats and violence. We would like to see that you have experience of working with mental disabilities and addiction problems. For both positions, we are looking for you who are calm and confident, have good self-awareness and use low-effective treatment. The work requires an ability to work both independently and in teams with colleagues, be able to take your own initiative and express yourself well in speech and writing.
