Your work tasks You will support users in their everyday life with granted efforts such as food, cleaning, laundry, personal care / shower, transfers and planning of activities. You offer individual, social and practical support to enable and utilize the person's own abilities and thus create the conditions for independence. You work to make the individual participate in their everyday life and have a meaningful leisure and/or employment. The work also includes documentation, record keeping, work with implementation plans and medication management. About you We are looking for you who are an assistant nurse or have other education that the employer considers equivalent. We would like to see that you have experience of working in disability care. It is meritorious if you have experience of low-effective treatment in threat and violence situations. You have a good ability to cooperate and have a professional approach to users, relatives and other actors around our users. You are committed and have a willingness to share our values and work towards set goals and to work with continuous improvements. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
