Vaniljdrömmen's daily activities are a group activity with a focus on café activities, production in the kitchen and organizing conference activities for other actors. Ekrarnas dagliga verksamhet is a relocated group activity in external premises. The target group is people with intellectual disabilities, mental disabilities, neuropsychiatric diagnoses and mental illness. The work is done at a high pace, where some heavy lifting may occur. The way of working is characterized by flexibility, continuity and security. We are now looking for a support assistant for Vaniljdrömmens and Ekrarnas daily activities! Your work tasks Your main tasks are to plan, lead, structure, develop assignments and tasks based on the individual's need for a meaningful daily activity. The goal is for the activities to create the conditions for independence for the participant. You will be part of a team where you and your colleagues together are responsible for planning and ensuring that the assignments the business has are implemented and developed with good quality. The work largely consists of leading and supporting the participants based on their different conditions and abilities. As staff, work can take place both at Vaniljdrömmen and in the sister activity Ekrarna, so it is of the utmost importance that you are flexible development-oriented with a humble approach. The work requires basic knowledge of food and baking and food handling. To thrive with us, you need to be able to work independently, take your own initiative and be solution-oriented. About you We want you to be a trained support assistant or have another education that the employer considers equivalent. Knowledge and experience of working with people with intellectual disabilities and neuropsychiatric diagnoses Ability to structure, plan, motivate and support individuals to achieve their goals Good ability to cooperate and a professional approach Good ability to communicate in Swedish both in speech and writing to take part in documentation and obtain medication Basic computer skills with experience of implementation plans and documentation We would like to see that you have: Experience of daily activities Experience and knowledge of visual support / clarifying pedagogy Knowledge and experience of cooking and baking in production kitchens Experience of customer service Experience and knowledge of flame-effective working methods Experience and knowledge of Motivational Interviewing (MI) and/or Supported Employment (SE) Co-planning with other activities may occur.
