Job description:

We are looking for you who are curious and have the skills for the role of sustainability coordinator who wants to drive sustainable development forward for Bostaden towards our vision Sustainable homes for everyone. The role includes, among other things, an operational coordination responsibility for sustainable mobility according to our mobility plan, participation in network meetings within the Umeå municipal group, data collection for climate accounts and external monitoring with analyzes based on Bostaden's conditions.

You are also involved in the work with various projects, events and other external arrangements in the field of sustainability.

Competence profile:

You should have a relevant university education and project management experience or process management experience is extra meritorious.


Personal qualities:

The position places demands on your personal qualities. As a person, you take initiative, take responsibility, are pedagogical and have good communication skills. You like to critically review and make recommendations based on analysis.

To fit the role, you must be easy to collaborate with others and enjoy being part of a team where you work together. We expect you to be articulate, especially in writing but also verbally.
