Your tasks As a lock and passage technician, you will mainly work with: - Installation, service and troubleshooting of various mechanical, electrical and electromechanical locks, door automation, access control systems, burglar alarms and surveillance equipment. - Assigning authorization levels and training operating staff in access control systems in accordance with current procedures - Participates with the rest of the lock team on licenses and support agreements - Responsible for smaller projects About you We are looking for you with at least an upper secondary education in a relevant field. It is an advantage if you are a trained lock technician/locksmith and have a journeyman's or master's certificate or other further training, but this is not a requirement. You have several years of experience in similar tasks, and if you have in-depth knowledge of access control systems such as RCO, Salto, Tidomat or Integra, it is a great advantage As the position involves a lot of contact with customers and contractors, you need to be service-oriented and responsive with good communication skills. As you have a lot of freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work, we also believe that you thrive in a role where you can be responsible and independent. The position requires a B driving license. As a result of the law on suitability checks, an extract from the police's criminal record must be presented upon employment.
