Hera is a support housing organization within IFO adults for Umeå Municipality whose main target group is adult women with addiction problems. The women may also suffer from mental illness and be or have been subjected to threats, violence and/or sexual abuse. The aim of Hera is that the accommodation, in combination with treatment and employment, will enable the women to develop and create the conditions for an independent life. In addition to planned interventions, Hera also accepts women in need of emergency placement if space is available. The focus of the client work is on the individual goals that the client is working on, where dependence is the central problem. We are now looking for more treatment assistants who can work every third weekend Friday and Saturday 19-08. Your work tasks You will work daily with clients based on agreed individual planning, as well as supporting and leading the group in everyday life. You help the client to create structure that can lead to an autonomous life after the time at Hera. Planning is done together with the client and those in other relevant support functions. Cooperation with other units is a central part of the work. Based on the client's situation, contact can be made with their relatives. Work or contact with relatives takes place in collaboration with other units. The work also consists of documentation and motivational work through, for example, individual conversations with MI (motivational interviewing) as a basis. The activities are characterized by flexible solutions where the client's needs and current situation are the starting point. About you We are looking for you who are educated or have an ongoing education as a social worker, treatment assistant or have another equivalent post-secondary education. We would like to see that you have experience of working in health and social care. It is an advantage if you have experience of working with women with addiction or women exposed to violence. You should be able to clean together with the residents at Hera. You should also be able to hold discussions about addiction and mental illness. The work of a treatment assistant is multifaceted and requires good collaboration skills. You should be flexible and problem-solving oriented. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
