The Competence Center for Multilingualism works to ensure that pupils are taught in their mother tongue and receive tutoring in their strongest language. Today there are 38 languages represented in the organization. We work with both municipal principals and individuals. Your work tasks We are looking for a dedicated tutor to support students in grades 1 and 2 during their remote mother tongue teaching at the student's school. As a tutor, you will work approximately two hours per week at Överboda school. Your mission is to support students during their remote lessons in their mother tongue. You will ensure that the technology is working and be a supportive resource for the remote teacher and the student during the lesson. Training and induction are included before you start your position. About you We are looking for a person with a strong interest in educational work. You are positive, committed and enjoy working with younger students. You have good collaboration skills and are flexible in your approach. You should have good technical skills and enjoy working digitally. Experience of working with younger pupils is an advantage, as is experience of using Google Meet. A driving license and car are required to get to the schools, if you don't live nearby, as the bus rides don't work with the times of the lessons.
