About the job As Head of Unit within Cleaning and Operations Services, you will play an important role in leading and developing a multicultural team of 20-30 employees. You are responsible for ensuring that operations are conducted with a focus on quality, environment and service. In this role, you work closely with other unit managers and with our support functions in areas such as finance and HR. Your tasks: Management, control and follow-up of the work of the team. Ongoing work on skills supply with a focus on staff planning, staffing and recruitment. Providing guidance and feedback to employees in their work. Developing activities with a focus on quality, sustainability and efficiency Communicating our values, encouraging dialog and collaboration. About you We are looking for a confident and clear leader who can plan and structure, but who is also flexible and solution-oriented when challenges arise. We would like to see that you have an interest in digitization and development of the business, as we actively work to improve our working methods through new technology and innovation. We want you to have: Relevant university degree or several years of experience as a manager in a similar position. Experience in leadership involving human resources, financial and health and safety responsibilities. An ability to plan and organize resources effectively. Good IT skills and experience in using digital tools. B driving license, as the work may involve travel within the municipality. An extract from the Police's criminal record is required for employment, according to the law on suitability control. Meritorious if you have: Experience in leading teams in a multicultural work environment. Experience in business development and digitalization.
