About you We are looking for you who have a university education, preferably as a social worker or other behavioral orientation. We want you to have experience as a manager and experience of the target group in disability care, preferably of short-term accommodation / stay and children / young people. If you also have experience with children/young people with challenging behavior, it is an advantage. As a unit manager, you will often work at a fast pace and you will be involved in conditions that can change quickly.
