Work tasks As a unit manager with us, you are responsible for operations, users, staff and finances. Your main task is to ensure that we conduct high-quality activities where our employees provide the best support to our users. Contacts with the municipality's other functions and external partners are a natural part of your work. The tasks of a unit manager include working with: workforce planning and skills management providing guidance and feedback to staff in order to develop nursing work communicating values, encouraging dialog and cooperation systematic work environment management rehabilitation and adaptation implementation of new ways of working, such as the introduction of new digital technologies At Ersboda Home Care, you will lead a group of around 30 employees. You are part of a management team with 16 other managers and the group is led by a deputy operations manager and operations manager. Who are you?
