Your tasks include planning and implementing teaching, as well as monitoring and assessing students' learning progress. You will work closely with colleagues on pupils' learning and development, and be an active member of the team. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for driving and developing the educational work based on the curriculum and the goals of the business. The position may also include assignments as a mentor, where you support and follow up a group of students' entire school career. The work also includes other common teacher tasks such as follow-up work, documentation and grading. About you We are looking for you who have a license to teach German in upper secondary school. If you are authorized to teach more subjects, we see it as a merit. You are a confident adult and a good role model. You also have an ability to connect with students, see each individual and create a good atmosphere.
