We are now looking for a teacher for training in vocational introduction. Your tasks Your mission will be to educate at upper secondary level in various professional areas. You thus have a unique opportunity to shape and influence future employees in Swedish trade, for a developing and sustainable future. The assignment includes: Planning, implementation and follow-up of teaching based on the curriculum, current syllabi and in close collaboration with your colleagues in the program and with the industry. Mentorship and parental contacts Procurement of internships About you We are looking for you who: Have a teaching license Have experience of working with teaching Experience working with young people in vocational education and training. We also believe that you have: Good experience in documentation Good IT skills You are part of a team where you share tasks and together create a stimulating work environment with collegial learning. You see it as a matter of course to contribute to the other daily work and to actively work to support and motivate the young people and any adult students in their development, both socially and knowledge-wise. We want you to have a good knowledge of the sector and a good ability to cooperate and plan your activities. To succeed in this role, we believe you will be familiar with the school's governing documents and have the ability to individualize and vary teaching based on the needs of students. You are a clear leader in the classroom with the ability to create structure, context and good relationships. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. A probationary period may be applied.
