We are looking for motivated RPA developers to join our growing automation team! Our team is part of the IT business DoIT, Digital transformation and IT, which in total houses about 100 employees. Our workplace is centrally located in Umeå, in the City Hall. The automation team currently consists of five developers and an agile product owner. We now need to grow to meet the increasing need for automation from municipal operations and municipal companies. Through our solutions, we free up time for our administrations and municipal companies. The initial focus will be on RPA and the UiPath platform. Work tasks Design, development, troubleshooting and quality assurance of new or existing automations. Maintain and further develop architecture and processes for management and scalable solutions, including maintenance and updating of the technical platforms. Provide expertise in process mapping and business process analysis for automation initiatives. Collaborate within the team as well as with other teams, developers, digitalization specialists and end users. Identify development potential together with the business. Contribute to the development and progress of the municipality's automation needs. About you You enjoy tackling challenges and finding solutions that simplify and streamline for our users. In addition, you have a strong desire to learn and develop in your field. We are looking for you who are; Analytical and have strong problem-solving skills. Meticulous and have an eye for detail. Communicative, enjoy working in teams and can collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Curious and keeps up to date with new technologies and methods in automation. Self-driven and takes initiative to drive projects forward. Requirements You have a college or university degree in informatics, systems science, computer science or equivalent, experience in software development and good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. Merits We consider it an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have one or more of the following: Knowledge of agile methods and practices. Perhaps you have even worked in an agile development team. Experience with any programming language (e.g. C#, VB, .Net, Python, Powershell). Experience with RPA development. Experience with SQL, REST API. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
