To meet the business in this, the Contract Management department will form two new departments. We are therefore looking for two department managers divided into the following departments:

Department Manager Operational Contract Management

Department Manager Project Contract Management and support

Together, these are responsible for compiling requirements and needs from across the company to ensure appropriate contracts. We provide strategic and tactical direction and consistent management of our supplier contracts. The business does overall analysis, development and follow-up to ensure contract compliance, creates opportunities, educates, digitizes and supports the business to become an even better professional buyer.

The assignment includes, among other things:

  • Keep track of the supplier market to ensure that we buy the right thing and get the delivery we want in collaboration with project implementation and purchasing.
  • Maintain up-to-date contract documents available internally and externally.
  • Maintain an up-to-date contract register.

The respective responsibilities of the departments are determined by the contracts and functions related to the business that the department supports. The new departments are divided into 12 and 8 employees respectively, mainly located in Solna, Luleå and Trollhättan.

As Head of Department, you will inspire and engage our employees within your mission responsibility and ensure that set goals are achieved. In your mission, you and your colleagues will create the conditions for our success by working towards common company and unit goals. The position suits those who see all employees and are happy to handle challenges at the intersection of supplier, customer and society.

Example of tasks

  • Lead the department and is the immediate manager of 8 and 12 employees respectively
  • Ensure that the processes and routines we have for how we procure and manage supplier agreements are followed
  • Lead and run the department and develop the employees and together with the process department develop the working methods
  • Responsible for keeping a dialogue with the rest of the business so that we can contribute to them within our area of responsibility, as well as having a dialogue with and keeping track of our supplier market
  • You are good at building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally
  • Ensure efficient resource utilization and collaboration both within and outside the department.



Requirements


We are looking for you who have a relevant academic degree or equivalent experience working on similar issues in the energy or construction industry. If you have experience of managing similar activities either on the client side or on the contractor side before, it is an advantage. You need to have leadership experience from previous management positions or equivalent experience that we consider equivalent.

You are driven by developing both people and working methods and have the ability to inspire and make your employees grow and feel involved in the change work together with colleagues within the company. For this position, you need to be solution-oriented and creative, as well as decisive.

You will have many contacts with both internal and external parties, which is why the ability and willingness to collaborate, influence and contribute to the development of the business is important. Furthermore, you have good communication skills, both written and oral, and feel comfortable taking questions from our partners. To communicate your decisions and business challenges, you have the ability to create presentations and reports in both Swedish and English.
