About the role

Your role as Administrator

The Nuclear Services department works with hiring out resources in maintenance to Forsmark Kraftgrupp and Svensk Kärnbränslehantering. The department currently consists of mechanics, welders, electricians and maintenance workers. The department's long-term goal is to establish engineers with its customers and to be a first choice for supplier.

In the role of Administrator, you will be a support to the maintenance managers and department manager, and be involved in projects regarding administration and documentation.

The group consists of about twenty employees who help and support each other in the work with a good cohesion.

Examples of work tasks:

• Create HSSEQ plans
• Track costs for projects
• Invoice management
• Order materials
• Document receipt of ordered materials
• Post documentation for projects according to project process
• Manage construction diary for different projects

Requirements specification

About you

As a person, you are structured and orderly and can work independently and proactively. You have a good sense of service, are flexible and have social and communication skills both verbal and written. A high level of security awareness and integrity is required. You are motivated by collaboration and building relationships and networks.

Furthermore, you seek effective solutions and improvements in daily work. You also actively contribute to the achievement of our goals and take responsibility for how you do it.

We know that you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have:

• Work experience of working in a solution-oriented, organized and structured way
• Ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing. English is meritorious.
• Good knowledge and experience in Office 365, (Outlook, Word, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint)

B driving license is a requirement.
