About the department:

The DO-TT department is responsible for the operation and management of technical IT systems and digital equipment, often referred to as Operations Technology (OT). OT acts as the digital nervous system that enables the control and monitoring of the electricity grid. At the same time, we develop innovative solutions and services that promote societal development and the green transition.

The department delivers mission-critical services that are crucial for many socially important functions. Right now, we are in an exciting transition towards a fossil-free society, where OT plays a central role.

The team and tasks:

Our department consists of a dedicated team of technical specialists who have different roles in network communication, server operations, strategy, IT architecture, management and process development. Together we work to ensure that our mission-critical applications run smoothly and efficiently.

In your role, you will plan and implement activities linked to application management in the OT area. This means that you are responsible for the operation and management of both IT applications and specific OT applications used within the business area. The aim is to ensure that these applications meet the service levels that have been established, also known as SLAs (Service Level Agreements).

The work involves taking responsibility for application operation, mostly in our own IT environments. You will work closely with your colleagues within the department and with consultants who assist with IT operations. Together we strive to maintain the highest possible standards and continuously improve our processes.

You will primarily report to the Application Management Manager, who will support you in your work and help ensure that we achieve our common goals.

Travel: This role involves travel within the country when needed, usually 1-2 times per month. You will usually be able to plan your own travel, giving you the flexibility to balance work and personal life.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT application management and operations.
  • Experience in IT service delivery.Experience in system environments for lifecycle management of network equipment, including configuration & provisioning, patching, testing, monitoring, etc.
  • Experience in system environments for lifecycle management of infrastructure environments, such as server and client computers.

Language skills:

  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

As a person:

  • You have the ability and experience to create a more streamlined application management for business-critical IT applications. This means that you can collaborate effectively with colleagues in both OT and IT to ensure that the applications function optimally.
  • You have the ability and experience to develop and implement a clearer management model for applications in OT. You have the ability to get everyone "on board" and create a common understanding and direction for application management in the business.
  • You have the ability and experience to identify internal customers and their needs, establish a management organization, define clear deliverables, and develop the business together with customers. You can also measure and follow up deliveries to ensure continuous improvement and high quality.
