About the role

We electrify Sweden today, so that you can live fossil-free tomorrow. We are growing and are now looking for more colleagues to join our team working with asset management in Local and Regional Networks.

Vattenfall Eldistribution is in the middle of the energy transition and has a central role in the electrification that is currently taking place at the societal level. For Vattenfall's Swedish electricity network operations, the high demand means a doubling of transmitted energy already by 2030, which entails a major expansion of existing networks, connection of large industrial customers, new fossil-free production sources and energy storage, and the development of new capabilities such as flexibility.

As Asset Manager Regional Networks you will lead a cross-functional team within your geographical area to develop long-term asset management plans, ensure that asset risks are taken care of, coordinate these with other needs and follow up and receive completed projects.

You are responsible for ensuring that the facilities live up to requirements and expectations and represent Vattenfall Eldistribution as an asset owner internally and externally. An important part of the role is to develop solutions together with other roles in the same geography to meet the needs of customers, society and the owner, and to follow up that projects are carried out as planned.

We are looking for you who want to work strategically with technical issues, who want to have responsibility for the whole and who like to have many contact surfaces both internally and externally. You will have great influence over the prioritization of measures within our Local Network and be responsible for issues relating to investments, maintenance and development.

  • Leading a cross-functional team in your area
  • Responsible for ensuring that non-tolerable risks in your area are addressed, steering towards the company's strategic goals and customer needs
  • Coordinate and coordinate actions to maximize synergies and create profitable network business
  • Represent Vattenfall Eldistribution as a plant owner in external and internal dialogues
  • Receive projects from the execution organization
