Company description


KSU, Kärnkraftsäkerhet och Utbildning AB, ensures the competence of the Swedish nuclear power plants' personnel through both theoretical education and practical training in full-scale simulators. The company is in a development phase and we see an exciting future to ensure competence for long-term and new nuclear power operations.

Operations are conducted from our head office in Nyköping and from our training facilities located close to the nuclear power plants in Forsmark, Oskarshamn and Ringhals. KSU, with about 180 employees, is co-owned by Forsmarks Kraftgrupp AB, OKG AB, Ringhals AB and is part of the Vattenfall Group.

About the role


As an instructor with us, you will be a key player in shaping the nuclear workforce of the future. You'll design and deliver engaging training for operations and maintenance staff. Your teaching talent and technical expertise pave the way for safe nuclear operations. Every day, you inspire and coach, directly impacting the safety and efficiency of our nuclear power plants.

Requirements specification


We are looking for you who

  • Have technical experience from BWRplant or broad competence in the nuclear power industry
  • Are used to working with digital tools and have good computer skills
  • Are fluent in Swedish and have basic knowledge of English
  • Are an inspiring team player with a passion for development and pedagogy
