About the role

We are now looking for a Business Coordinator for Commodities Corporate!
Commodities Corporate is responsible for providing the B2B business with attractive and profitable electricity products as well as environmental products and administrative services as well as follow-up and reporting of the B2B gross margin. We are responsible for ensuring that the products are contracted and invoiced correctly, can be followed up and are in accordance with current legislation. We also own the roadmap for new products and prioritize developments together with our stakeholders within the B2B management team.
As Business Coordinator, you work closely with the B2B sales team and are responsible for coordinating customer cases of non-standard business. You will convene weekly meetings with relevant stakeholders to investigate individual cases and map needs related to the desired customer delivery. You also act as a support in decision-making processes regarding the possibility of implementing a non-standard deal while actively working to standardize the deals and challenge the organization with new perspectives. Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring a good structure and control over ongoing and completed cases, their implementation, documentation and follow-up.
You report to the Head of Commodities Corporate and the role requires close collaboration with key people in Commodities and Customer Service as well as support functions, salespeople and sales managers in B2B.

Requirement specification
It is an advantage if you also speak Finnish and if you have knowledge and experience in the electricity market and electricity sales.
We are looking for you who have a high level of administrative skills. You are structured, organized and have a good ability to document. We believe that you also have the ability to challenge the organization, to push and follow up to ensure good quality as well as progress in the processes. Good collaboration skills are important and therefore we are looking for you who are easy to build relationships and trust.
