About the role

We are looking for you who want to be involved in developing our major customer agreements. Within Vattenfall Services, we build, maintain and develop energy solutions for business and public operations.

Vattenfall Services' goal is to be the leading and safest player in the industry. In this role, you will have a strong focus on building, following up and developing our maintenance business linked to some of our largest businesses and customers. We offer you a stimulating and exciting job with clear scope for action and great responsibility. You report to the Head of Business Support.

As a Business Developer, you are responsible for working with the organization to develop some of our largest customer agreements. Customer contact is a big part of the role and you are passionate about developing both business and relationships. Some of the daily tasks include:

• Leading and implementing business changes to our contracts with the help of our support units and line operations
• Developing existing business
• Investigations
• Internal communication and collaboration with contract managers and other departments

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has worked in customer relations and business, other requirements for the role are:

• Education at college or university level in a relevant field or experience that the employer considers equivalent
• Experience from the energy industry or related industry
• Fluency in Swedish in both speech and writing
• B Driving license (travel by car occurs in the service)

As a person, you are initiative-taking and structured, you like to collaborate and are good at communicating and building relationships.
