About the role

Are you ready for your next challenge - maybe it's within Vattenfall? The mission of the Decentralized Energy Solutions (DES) team is to create value for our customers by offering decentralized solutions consisting of solar and energy storage solutions - i.e. distributed and renewable energy. In the future, the offering will also include services linked to these products. This is our contribution to Vattenfall's purpose of enabling fossil-free.

We are looking for a driven and analytical person with technical skills and understanding of business processes while keeping the customer in focus. You should have experience working with automation, BI tools and visualization and be used to communicating with different stakeholders at different levels of the organization. An ability to work independently and in teams is essential, as well as strong problem-solving skills and a desire to constantly evolve and improve processes.

Duties

• Continuously map and analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, including automation.
• Require and participate in the implementation of automation tools and systems to streamline and optimize processes.
• Collect, analyze and visualize data in a structured and efficient way.
• KPI follow-up
• Be able to use BI tools for decision-making and follow-up.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as sales people, project coordinators and operations monitoring.

Requirements

• Relevant education or equivalent experience in business development with a focus on business processes
• Technical skills in automation and BI tools such as Power BI
• Experience working with process optimization and automation
• Good understanding of business processes and ability to identify efficiency opportunities
• Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing, Finnish is meritorious
