This ranges from the EU's increasingly stringent requirements for green financing to the individual homeowner's need to influence and reduce their energy costs. The Enwell group of companies is today one of Sweden's leading companies focusing on sustainable energy solutions for the residential and real estate market. The company was formed in 2013 through the acquisition of a number of subsidiaries by Enwell (then Brainheart).

In the spring of 2017, a collaboration was initiated with Vattenfall regarding heat pump installations for private customers. Vattenfall is from 2021 100% owner. The Enwell group today consists of about 250 employees, from Skåne in the south to Mora in the north and has a turnover of just over SEK 750 million.

About the role

ENWELL AB is one of the largest Swedish companies in safe energy solutions for home and property owners in Sweden. As a business developer, you work broadly with various development issues, always with the business, our employees and customers in focus. You will be an important cog in taking our operational model to the next level.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Drive the development of processes, procedures and structures that make us efficient and ensure high quality
  • Responsible for all steps of the change, from analysis to implemented functionality in our IT systems
  • Drive forums, collaboration groups and projects
  • Participate in integration projects in acquisitions
  • The department you belong to has a broad responsibility and works in a prestigious way, you are expected to contribute in large and small

We cherish our sales culture and welcome all initiatives and efforts that help create business and value for our customers, regardless of role. As a business developer, you will most likely be involved in creating structure and efficiency in major deliveries and customer collaborations

Requirements

As a person

You as an applicant have a solid experience of business and business-related development work. Your analytical skills are very good and you have the ability to see what will work in practice, not just in theory. As a person, you are unpretentious, communicative and structured.

Your experience:

  • Background in the installation industry, or related technical activities, from a geographically dispersed organization. We would like you to have experience of operational work in delivery or sales.
  • As IT systems today are often a prerequisite for developing processes, you have experience of implementing, changing and managing business-related systems such as ERP, CRM or equivalent.
  • Project management and change management
  • All developments we make should result in long-term sustainable profitability. It is highly meritorious if you have experience from roles with profit, customer and personnel responsibility or in sales.

The role is located at our office in Liljeholmen in Stockholm and reports to our Establishment and Development Manager. Travel within Sweden occurs in the role.
