We are now looking for a driven and competent person for the role of "Business Manager Property".

Overview:

In the role of Business Manager Real Estate within Enwell, you develop and drive Enwell's central real estate business towards set goals together with your team, (business manager, project manager, energy expert) and report to the Group COO. The central real estate business within Enwell constitutes its own profit unit where you, as responsible, participate in strategy planning and budget work and continuously work to develop and grow the business.

You also form the link between the other profit units' real estate competencies within the group and the central real estate department. This places high demands on you as a leader and partner to maintain a good and continuous dialogue with both employees and managers throughout the organization.

Furthermore, we see that in the role of Business Manager Real Estate you are an innovative leader & salesperson who both maintains existing business, creates new long-term relationships and develops your unit and staff in an efficient and profitable way.

Duties within the role of Business Manager Real Estate:

  • Drive, create and develop real estate business towards set goals for you and your unit.
  • Work with customer journey within the real estate business.
  • Responsible for the delivery of service and projects towards national customers. For larger projects, you can act as project manager or program manager.
  • Develop new business concepts in the technology areas of heat pump, cooling, ventilation, solar, charging infrastructure, battery and flex solutions and control systems.
  • Ongoing work with budget follow-up, results, deliveries, sales, quotes, customer agreements, work environment and personnel.

Requirements

We are looking for you who have experience of:

  • Several years of experience in project management of major real estate projects with where several technology layers are delivered
  • Experience in sales and contract negotiation
  • Several years of work experience in refrigeration technology and / or heat pumps and / or building automation.
  • Leadership in change
  • VVS (heating, cooling, vent, control, electricity, solar)
  • Contract law (ABT 06 etc.)
  • Previous work in energy saving measures in real estate
  • Good knowledge of Office packages and other digital planning systems
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish both in speech and writing

Advantageous experience:

  • Technical sales
  • Contact network in the real estate sector
  • KAM
  • Previous work with dimensioning and installation of heat pumps, energy drilling.
