Vattenfall Customer Service Nordic is responsible for sales, billing and customer service via traditional and digital channels for Vattenfall's customers in the Nordic region. Our customer service is located in Umeå, Solna and Helsinki and in total we are about 300 employees who together support Vattenfall's various businesses via the customer interface. About the role
We are looking for you who want to be involved in driving the management of payments. Cash and Credit Management, part of Business Support & Compliance within Customer Service Nordic in Umeå, needs to fill a permanent position of 100% as Cash Management Specialist.

We are looking for you who have a holistic approach and a good understanding of the needs of the business. You have knowledge of and enjoy a structured and solution-oriented approach and have good analytical skills. You are responsible and used to taking your own initiatives. Collaboration with colleagues and other units is an important part of the assignment.
