We are looking for measurement technicians in verifications of electricity measurement systems cat 1 to the Metering Service department.

Vattenfall Services Mätning today performs remodeling, new installation, service and checks of measurement systems. We have a long and deep experience in metering technology and are one of Sweden's leading players in the market. Our employees are the company's most important resource and together we work with development, business acumen, service and customers.

Your role as a Metering Technician

We offer an exciting and varied job that involves maintaining measuring systems in a safe and for the customer cost-effective way. Our technicians currently work with all conceivable service of electricity meters categories 1-5, which means that we perform, among other things, a large number of checks and measures after control, planned device replacements and troubleshooting on both local and regional networks.

In this role, your focus is maintenance in metering technical services cat 1 in a safe way. You will also work on advanced services such as power quality metering and substation metering roll-out.

The work is independent and service-oriented in varying environments. Travel is included in the service within the immediate network area and travel with overnight stays is a natural part of the service. You will be an important part of the team for high voltage technicians and service development we have in our measurement service department.

Requirement specification

The work with us is largely lonely work and therefore we are looking for you who have a good planning ability and are proactive in reaching the goal with your own work tasks. Since we work on behalf of customers, we are looking for someone who is used to having a service-oriented role and who looks after the customer's needs in a businesslike and professional way.

We know that you will develop with us but we wish that you already have:

• Electrical technical education at secondary or post-secondary level or a few years of experience in electricity/electricity.
• Knowledge of metrological services.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both in writing and speech.
• Good computer skills.
• B-driving license. Travel is a natural part of the service, therefore a driving license is a requirement.

Advantageous is:

• If you have industry-specific training such as ESA, work on the road, work with Voltage (AMS) and CPR.
