About the role


We are now looking for a Requirements Manager for the Development Hub department in the Process and IT unit!

The Process and IT unit has the task of leading & driving transformation and effective digitization of the business. The unit includes the Development Hub department, which works to manage and further develop the digital hubs and ensure efficient and qualitative work with test management in our projects and administrations.

As a Requirements Manager, you will have a central role in the requirements work in our projects where we develop our business and create benefits. You are responsible for planning and driving the requirements work for a product or system. You work with analysis, mapping and documentation of the business needs and lead and coordinate the development of requirements, both functional and non-functional. You will lead requirements work in a complex environment with many different interfaces and requirements developers.

Your main tasks will include, among others:

  • Planning and coordination of requirements work
  • Leading the development of requirements for products and systems
  • Analyzing, mapping and documenting business needs
  • Leading meetings and workshops
  • Establish and ensure a standardized and efficient way of working in the area



Requirements specification


We are looking for you who are passionate about developing our business and delivering benefits through good quality work in the form of requirements. In this role, we attach great importance to your personal qualities. You will have good communication skills and be used to planning, driving and managing processes. The role requires you to be decisive in order to effectively drive your area of responsibility forward. Since you will have many different contact surfaces, we also see that you have good collaboration skills.

We know that you will develop together with us. But for this position you are required to already have:

  • Relevant academic education, such as civil engineering or systems science
  • Solid experience in managing and driving requirements work in system development projects
  • Certification in established requirements methodology
  • Knowledge of commonly used systems and tools in the field
  • Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
  • Experience in test management or system development/programming is an advantage
