Vattenfall is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support the Nordic countries. The position reports to the Compensation & Benefits Manager in Sweden and is part of a global Compensation & Benefits team that collaborates with the wider People and Culture staff function department across all Vattenfall locations. The main responsibility of our Compensation & Benefits team is to drive and support the Compensation & Benefit (C&B) agenda for Vattenfall in the Nordic countries.
In this role you will provide guidance and expertise on key compensation and benefits matters to ensure our company remains competitive for talent attraction, engagement and retention. You will collaborate with HR and Business leaders to ensure the administration and management of compensation and benefits programs mainly in Sweden, but also supporting other Nordic countries, ensuring that they are consistent with the global C&B strategy and key business needs.
As a member of the Compensation & Benefits team, you will also participate in various projects with our colleagues in Germany, Netherlands and UK, and contribute to the development of the group wide Compensation & Benefits area. Together with the People Service organization you will contribute to creating smooth and efficient processes to improve our “ways of working”.
