About the role
For the HR and Competence unit, we are now looking for a Competence Strategist who will focus on business intelligence and drive company-wide competence initiatives with internal and external stakeholders. HR is a joint staff function, where you will be in close contact with Ringhals' competence strategist within the competence area strategies. At Forsmark you work closely with your colleagues, where the team consists of HRBPs and competence developers. We are a great mix of newer and experienced colleagues, who have a good collaborative climate where we share our skills and experience with each other. Our working model is hybrid, 60/40 as a starting point. The position is new, and will grow and vary in content over time.
You will lead the strategic work on long-term skills supply for Forsmark, which means working with many different contact areas and a natural part of various development projects in the area in the Vattenfall Group. In the role, you are responsible for establishing strategic relationships in skills development and skills supply with, for example, chambers of commerce, business offices and education actors in the region, as well as many internal networks and stakeholders to interact with.

We are looking for you who have a university or college degree in HR, economics or similar and have successfully worked with at least one of the following areas:
In addition to this, we attach great importance to your personal qualities. To succeed in the role, you need to be solution-oriented and have the ability to translate strategies into concrete actions. The role involves independent work and collaboration with many different interfaces. You have good communication skills, both written and spoken, and are used to giving business presentations. Fluency in Swedish is a requirement.

Buses to and from Forsmark are adapted to the working hours of daytime staff. We also offer work buses with wireless network on the Gävle-Forsmark and Uppsala-Forsmark routes, which gives you the opportunity to use the travel time as working time if/when work allows. You also have the opportunity to use our remote workplaces in Gävle and Uppsala or work from home if/when work allows.
