About the role

Now is the opportunity to apply for the position as Cooling Technician to Enwell Nyköping.

We will open up a brand new office in Nyköping and you will be involved in building it. The head office is located in Eskilstuna.

You will be part of a team of both experienced people and employees who have just started their journey in the industry. With us, you will have varied tasks and work both in teams and independently. For us, it is important that you as a person can contribute to our development.

In the long run, you may be responsible for a team of refrigeration technicians at your location.

About the role

As a refrigeration technician in the service department, you have a varied job where you will work with service / repair of our heat pumps for private customers, but also for smaller / larger companies and properties. Our service department currently employs 7 refrigeration technicians / service technicians

You also want to continuously expand your knowledge as our industry is constantly evolving. Heavy lifting may occur. The heaviest workload is in winter and extra hours may be required during peak periods.

Your duties will includea:

• Service, troubleshooting and repair of heat pumps in the villa segment
• Service, troubleshooting and repair of heat pumps in the property segment
• Daily reporting in our digital planning systems via computer / mobile
• Contact with support at IVT
• Handling warranty cases
• Calculate cost proposals
• Review documentation in your assignments for invoicing
• Contact with customers by phone and email
• Collaborate closely with our service coordinator
• Manage local spare parts inventory at location

Requirements specification

We are looking for you who have the following qualifications

• Certified as a refrigeration technician category 1
• Previous experience of working with real estate facilities
• Longer experience of Service / Repair of Heat Pumps
• Driving license B
• Certificate Hot work
• Good knowledge of Office packages and other digital planning systems
• Good written and oral knowledge of Swedish
• Truck license / Mobile platform is meritorious
• Experience of plumbing work is meritorious

You should also have experience of working with digital reporting as our way of working requires this. Meritorious if you have previously had a supervisory role or similar.
